Our team comprises people who are parents themselves. All members of our staff are selected after a rigorous interview process and trial session.
Safe recruitment procedures are implemented through background checks (including enhanced DBS checks) on all our staff. References are also sought from former employers.
We employ only qualified, experienced staff. All members of staff have a paediatric first aid qualification.
